Beste Nieuwkomer wants to create a society in which newcomers are seen as enrichment and where they inspire others. That’s why we set up a platform where positive, inspiring talented refugees are put in the spotlights.

No heavy sad stories, but beautiful, inspiring, fresh and positive stories of refugees who make a difference. In addition, the talents are nominated for the “Beste Nieuwkomer” Awards. We will nominate newcomers in different categories and an Award will be given in each category.
